From tourism to real estate, from Istanbul to Cyprus
Born in Istanbul in 1975, Yasin Kurşuntel entered the real estate industry in 2006 as an investor partner at Century21 Bohem Real Estate while running his own company, Makerevents Turizm AŞ. He developed buy–renovate–sell projects, particularly in Beyoğlu.
In 2014, he became founding partner of KW Beyoğlu, Turkey's first Keller Williams office; in 2016 he rose to investor partner of KW Northern Cyprus. He ranked 9th in KW Turkey revenue in 2016, and 1st in transaction volume and 6th in revenue in 2017.
In 2020, he co-founded Prime Brokers Realty with his partners, launching the Istanbul Beyoğlu office in 2021 and the Kyrenia, Cyprus office in 2022. An ACP (Accredited Commercial Professional), Yasin continues to provide commercial real estate advisory in both regions.
