Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice

This notice explains, in plain language, how we process your personal data under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we process

• When you contact us (contact form, phone, email, WhatsApp): name, phone, email, the area or property you are interested in, and your message.
• If you subscribe to our newsletter: your email address.
• When you visit the site: technical logs (IP address, browser information) kept by our infrastructure provider to keep the site secure.

Why we process it

• To respond to your request and provide real estate advisory services (contract and legitimate interest — KVKK Art. 5/2-c, f).
• To meet our legal obligations, such as real estate trade and tax regulations (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç).
• To send our newsletter (only with your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To keep the site secure (legitimate interest — KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. It is shared only with providers we use to deliver our service: email (Google Workspace), form delivery (Web3Forms), and site hosting and security (Cloudflare). As these providers' servers are located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Turkey in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. It may also be shared with competent public authorities where required by law.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed for the purpose of processing and for the retention periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, ask for correction or deletion, learn who it has been shared with, object, and claim compensation for any damage. Send your request to [email protected] or in writing to the address above. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or visitor tracking. Only strictly necessary cookies set by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare may be used to keep the site secure; these do not require consent.

The map on our Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only when you click "Show map", after which Google may use its own cookies (Google Privacy Policy). Maps on listing pages are shown with OpenStreetMap and do not use cookies. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
