Born in Denizli in 1990, Oğuzhan Yıldız served in the Turkish Armed Forces after his university education in Computer Software and Business Administration. During this time, he was stationed in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, strengthening his ties to the island.
Entering the real estate and construction industry in Kyrenia in 2017, Oğuzhan built a worldwide buyer portfolio between 2018 and 2019 by establishing business connections with firms in Mexico, Russia and Ukraine.
In 2022, he launched the Northern Cyprus arm of Prime Brokers Realty. With a dedicated renovation team he formed to add value to properties in the region, Oğuzhan provides investment advisory for land, luxury residences and commercial real estate in Kyrenia.
