Born in Istanbul in 1977, Ferhat Örmen graduated from Istanbul University's French Teaching program after Saint Benoit French High School. He began his career as a tour guide at ETS Turizm, then ran event organizations for corporate clients such as the Çukurova Group, Peugeot and Renault at Ef-Or Turizm.
In 2005, he left the tourism industry to found Dost Yapı, working in building decoration and architectural solutions. His curiosity about architecture and passion for historic structures carried him into the world of real estate; in 2009, he took his first step into professional real estate advisory in Beyoğlu with his partners.
Known for strong interpersonal relationships, a solution-focused approach and empathy, Ferhat provides buying, selling and investment advisory in the Beyoğlu and Kadıköy neighborhoods. His ability to serve clients in French is a distinct advantage for international clients.
